So i think im quitting my job this week. I have two other possible jobs waiting in the wings, one that has already extended me a job offer, one that is interviewing me in oh.... about 30 mins.

I think either would be preferable to my current job now that i have been passed over for the same promotion twice. I keep getting the crappiest feedback about why i am not getting the position. My favorite is when the higher ups tell me "It took me eight tries to get promoted". Right. That isnt feedback about me, that's feedback about how crappy my company is at advancing the talent they employ. What a load.

(when i spellchecked this post, it didnt like the word "crappiest". Im ok with that. The odd thing was that it only had one suggestion: gravesite. Are those words supposed to be similar?)
