Hiatus

I apparently took a hiatus that i didn't tell anyone about. For the 3 people who read this (and the few who have found it recently), hey... Im back.

Not that im expecting anything earth shattering right away. Some of my friends have encouraged me to write more so im gonna try. I just hope i have something worthwhile to say.

What's new with me? Well, im adjusting to the single life, trying to find productive ways to spend my new found freetime. Im trying to redo my apt a bit. That just means clean and reorganize, plus some decorating that should have occured in the first 3 months i was here, but never did. And a towel rack. Gonna finally have that. My towels are thrilled.

I have a great summer of music lined up. Leonard Cohen, Mogwai, and 2 Thee Silver Mt Zion Memeorial Orchestra and Tra La La Band shows on back to back days are the highlights. Ill try and keep all my concert calendar stuff over at mt Last.fm page ( Last.fm ).

Highlights of year musically so far include new releases from Portishead, Ours, The last Shadow Puppets, Elbow, They Sang As They Slew, The Colour Revolt, This Will Destroy You, The Gutter twins, and The Breeders. Lots of good stuff this year. Hard to find time to listen to it all.
