Happiness is.....

A new Kat Jones cd in the mail. That gal is mighty good to those who enjoy her music. What other artist can you listen to the demos of the albums before they are made and get to see right into the creative process? Its very enjoyable. Only 2 new songs on this disc, but still well worth it. The new song that i liked so much from the Detroit show is on here. Also a nice live version of "The Case".

I really can't complain about anything in life right now. Sure my finances are a mess, i frequently havent a clue what my heart really desires, and i think im starting to get fat, but all in all things are good. Might get me a promotion next week (cross your fingers), new music comes out next week (Fair and Cracker), and i have more loved ones than anyone deserves.

Speaking of loved ones, miss stardust was not around as i had hoped that she would be tonight. I miss that girl. She makes me smile.

Sabre Heartbreak

I know sports breaks hearts, but this is the worst for me. Im used to Football teams losing the big games, and it sucks, but this is different. I watched about 75 Sabres regular season games, and every postseason game. To see this run without a cup is awful.

One thing i can say though. I have never seen a hockey team that was more fun to watch play, win or lose. Every night they were exciting, surprising, and full of spirit.

Sigh....
